If you are ready to transform your lifestyle for better health and wellness, please use the link below to request your complimentary Zoom or phone meeting. This call lasts about 30 minutes, and allows us to get to know each other, learn about your goals and my process, and decide whether or not my coaching services are appropriate for you.
If after your complimentary discovery session, we are a fit to work together, I will send you a link to my client portal Practice Better where you will be asked to electronically sign my Client Agreement & Disclosure Statement and set up your client account.
All sessions are virtual on Zoom (preferred) or by phone. Sessions are 50 minutes; we spend a few minutes at the beginning to get started, and at the end wrapping up, so please allow one hour in your schedule for a session. Longer sessions are available as well, depending on your goals.
My fee for one-to-one sessions is $110 for a 50-minute session. Payment is by credit card through Practice Better. Packages are available as well.
If you’re a licensed mental health or medical professional or NBC-HWC certified coach, ask about my professional courtesy discount.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email 24 hours in advance, or the session will be charged.
Important information for you to consider when booking your session:
- Please drink plenty of water before your session and have water available to drink during your session.
- Your best progress can be made when you bring a goal into the session. Setting intention can be a very powerful way forward for making positive change. Before our session, take a moment to think about what you hope to accomplish.
- Although positive outcomes are frequently reported using EFT, it’s not possible to provide any guarantees.
- To date, there have been 65 randomized controlled trials and 50 clinical outcome studies conducted on EFT, TFT and other energy modalities. For current studies on EFT, TFT and other meridian tapping techniques please visit EFT International.
- I strongly believe that we make our best progress when we take responsibility for ourselves. In my own use of meridian tapping techniques I take responsibility for my own growth and health, and by learning and practicing this technique with me, you take responsibility for yourself, your progress and your wellbeing also.
