Coaches honor the client as the expert in the client’s life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:

Facilitate client self-discovery through reflection and visioning

Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies by providing the framework for developing these into realistic and achievable goals

To accomplish these goals with her clients, Ange uses evidence-supported theoretical foundations for coaching including Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, and the Transtheoretical Model of Change

Clients have the option of incorporating the Tapping Techniques in your coaching sessions as part of your work with Ange. EFT and Meridian Tapping are energy-based coaching and self-help acupoint tapping techniques meant to help relieve stress and to experience greater well-being.
