Book A Session
a tapping session, email me to schedule an appointment or use the form on the contact page. My regular days for sessions are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; other days by special
arrangement. Payment arrangements are by cash, check or Paypal.
Tapping sessions are 50 minutes; we spend a few minutes at the beginning and end getting started
and wrapping up, so please allow one hour in your schedule for a session.
My fee for one to one sessions is $100 for
a regular session. Extended sessions are also available and the fee is pro-rated.
I schedule a free 20 minute no-obligation consultation by phone before booking any sessions, to answer your questions and to enable me to learn more about how you'd
like to use tapping. At that point, we can schedule a session.
Sessions may be done by
phone, or in person at your office or another location. Sessions are one hour long: 50 minutes of actively using tapping,
with 5 minutes of getting started and wrapping up at the beginning and end.
a typical session, we will cover an issue that you want help with, you will learn or practice the tapping technique, and we
will end with methods to help you finish out the session with positive energy. If it is your first session, you
will receive forms in advance in order to prepare for the session.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email 24 hours in advance, or the session will be charged.
for you to consider when booking your session:
- Although positive outcomes are frequently
reported using EFT, in Western medicine, meridian tapping techniques are currently considered experimental. Studies
to assess the biological and psychological changes that are being self-reported are underway.
- What tapping is not: it's not therapy, medicine, or a magic bullet. I offer EFT as a coach; I'm
not a therapist or a healthcare professional. I don't diagnose or treat. Tapping is not intended to take the place of
psychological or medical care. It is intended to help you relieve stress in order to achieve and maintain well-being
and develop emotional and physical resilience.
- I strongly believe that we make our best progress
when we take responsibility for ourselves. In my own use of meridian tapping techniques I take responsibility for my
own growth and health, and by learning and practicing this technique with me, you take responsibility for yourself, your progress
and your wellbeing also.
- Please drink plenty of water before your session and have water available
to drink during your session.
- Your best progress will be made when you bring a goal into
the session. Setting intention is a very powerful way forward for making positive change. Before our session,
take a moment to think about what you hope to accomplish.
