Go From Ow to Wow!
The best way to get familiar with EFT tapping is to try it.  And one of the fastest ways to recognize how it helps you is to try it on pain.

Nothing rivets the attention of the brain and causes the body to tense up quite like pain.  Since tapping helps calm the mind and relax the body, you can quickly notice results.
