Go From Ow to Wow!
The best way to get familiar with EFT tapping is to try it.  And one of the fastest ways to recognize how it helps you is to try it on pain.

Nothing rivets the attention of the brain and causes the body to tense up quite like pain.  Since tapping helps calm the mind and relax the body, you can quickly notice results.

If you're in the Houston area, come see what I'm talking about Saturday, Feb. 2 at 10 AM.  I'll be teaching a free intro to EFT and how to use it for pain.

In the Intro to EFT workshop you'll learn the physical and emotional components of pain; practice the simple EFT acupressure technique known as ‘tapping'; experience the range of relaxation and positive sensations possible when using tapping yourself.
Click Workshops and Events to get the event details.

Fun, hands-on, effective. No cost; no prior experience with EFT (*Emotional Freedom Technique) or acupressure needed. RSVP to reserve your space. Bring a friend!

Meridian tapping techniques are currently considered experimental by Western medicine.  Studies are underway to assess the biological and psychological changes that are being self-reported.  EFT and Meridian Tapping is not therapy or medicine.  My services are educational; I'm not a therapist, counselor or healthcare professional. I don't diagnose or treat. Tapping is not intended to take the place of psychological or medical care; it is intended to help you relieve stress to experience greater well-being.  Please consult a doctor or therapist for medical or psychological counseling needs.
